fix: update validation constraints for problem DTOs and bump version … - #64

Summary

Remove the maximum length validation from problem errorDescription and solution fields when creating or editing problems.

The change updates the backend DTO validation rules, removes the corresponding maxLength: 255 constraints from the OpenAPI specification, and bumps the application version from 0.2.1-beta to 0.2.2-beta across the backend and frontend metadata.

How was this tested?

Reviewed the backend DTO validation changes and confirmed that errorDescription and solution no longer have a maximum character limit while the existing minimum length validation remains in place.

Updated and reviewed the OpenAPI schemas for CreateProblemCommand and UpdateProblemCommand to keep the API documentation consistent with the backend behavior.

Verified the version bump to 0.2.2-beta in the backend version declaration, frontend package metadata, Tauri configuration, and Cargo manifest.
